What is The Night of the Musicals?
The Night of the Musicals is a vibrant, uplifting evening that brings the magic of West End and Broadway to life. Featuring talented performers from top London drama schools, this high-energy concert showcases beloved hits from shows like Cabaret, Wicked, Carousel, and Mean Girls. Starting in hometown of Guisborough, North Yorkshire, we cherish special memories created in intimate settings, which is why we're excited to announce our Northern Tour 2026. Join us for a joyful night packed with unforgettable songs and experience the thrill of live musical theatre your community!

Our Journey So Far
The Night of the Musicals began in Scott Johnston's (Creator & Producer) hometown, with the simple aim of bringing professional theatre to towns and communities that don’t usually have access to it. When we first brought the show to Guisborough, we couldn’t have imagined the incredible response it would receive. The audience absolutely loved it and immediately asked for it to return - that’s when we realised we had something truly special. From there, the journey grew beyond our expectations. We took the show to The Other Palace in London, where we enjoyed sold-out performances, and then on to the Edinburgh Fringe, where we had another fantastic run and were even featured on BBC Radio 2. Now, we’re returning to our original mission - taking professional musical theatre to the towns and communities across the North that inspired it all.
